  2. Notify the user who posted the material of the DMCA complaint and removal.
  3. Counter-notification: If you believe your content was removed in error, you may send us a counter-notification. Your counter-notification should include your contact information and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.
